What exactly am I buying?

Reference compounds supplied for laboratory research use only. Each product page lists the compound, its CAS number where it has one, molecular formula, molecular weight and fill quantity. Products are supplied lyophilised in sealed vials.

What purity are your compounds?

Purity is stated on each product page, determined by HPLC. Where a figure is specific to a production lot it is taken from that lot’s Certificate of Analysis.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before 2:00pm PST on a business day are dispatched the same day. A tracking number follows by email once your order leaves our facility.

Can I return an order?

Not once a vial has been opened or unsealed, because product integrity cannot be verified after it leaves our custody. We will replace or refund a shipment that arrives damaged, incorrect, or not at all. See Shipping & Returns.
