Where we ship

We ship within the United States only.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00pm PST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that time, at weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $71 ship free.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Returns

Because these are research compounds supplied under controlled conditions, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or otherwise used product. Once a vial has left our custody its integrity cannot be verified.

We will replace or refund an order where the shipment arrives damaged, the shipment is incorrect, or the shipment does not arrive.

Making a claim

Email info@nudepeptides.com with your order number as soon as possible after delivery. For damage claims, please include photographs of the packaging and vial as received.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Email info@nudepeptides.com with your order number and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, and the returns terms above apply.

Orders paid by Zelle are reserved for 3 days. If payment has not arrived by then, the order is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged.
