Sermorelin is a synthetic peptide made of the first 29 amino acids of human growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH), with an amide at the end of the chain. It is the shortest fragment of GHRH that still fully activates the GHRH receptor, and is also written GRF (1-29) or GHRH (1-29).
