KLOW combines four peptides that are usually studied separately: GHK-Cu (50 mg), a copper-bound tripeptide that occurs naturally in human plasma; KPV (10 mg), a three amino acid fragment of the hormone alpha-MSH; BPC-157 (10 mg), a 15 amino acid synthetic peptide based on a sequence from human gastric juice; and thymosin beta-4 (10 mg), a 43 amino acid peptide that binds actin inside cells.
Most of the research on each of these has been in cell culture and animal models.
