This vial combines two synthetic peptides. Modified GRF (1-29) is a 29 amino acid analogue of the first part of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, with four amino acids substituted for stability. It is often sold as "CJC-1295 no DAC"; the name CJC-1295 on its own normally refers to a different, longer-acting version.
Ipamorelin is a five amino acid peptide developed at Novo Nordisk in the 1990s that acts on the ghrelin receptor (GHSR-1a). Both have mainly been studied in animal models.
